Transfer of land ownership can be very hectic and tedious especially to the chamas and investment groups who do not have a dedicated person to conduct the transfer process and do daily followups. We help you do ownership transfer without much hustle

To establish how genuine the proposed land is, we conduct a formal land ownership search through the Ministry of Lands and give a report and recommendations to the Chamas / Investment groups for  them make a decision of whether to purchase it or not

Depending on the chamas requirements, we subdivide the purchased land into smaller plots for sale or development by the members. We also help the group do a propoer planning of the land for public facilities, social amenities and future expansion.

After the group officials and members are satisfied with the land, we assist them into getting into a land purchase agreement with the seller of the land and also act as witness in the agreement as well during the payment transaction so that both parties are fully satisfied

After subdividing the land into small plots fit for chamas or group members, we assist the investement group in processing individual title deeds for every member. It is usually a tedious process but through our networks  and experience, it becomes a walk in the park!
